In this seminar Dr. Miller will discuss the various instructional and assessment practices which promote the inclusion of observation and conversation in the triangulation of marks. Dr. Miller will model these practices and provide several useful templates to demonstrate compliance with the MOE assessment and evaluation policy – Growing Success.
This seminar is essential for all those preparing for school inspection and seeking to demonstrate exemplary instructional and assessment practices.

The Presenter
Dr. Ronnie Miller
Dr. Ronnie Miller received his M.Ed. and Doctorate degree at the University of Toronto, the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. He has worked with independent schools in South Africa, Australia, and Canada. His various roles within education have included working as a teacher, department head, and school principal. Dr. Miller is the founder of Professional Development Seminars and the Independent and Private School Forum; professional bodies which support schools and educators in building capacity through ongoing acquisition of knowledge and understanding of current trends in education, superior teaching practices, and sound school governance. Dr. Miller is a published author and an accomplished educator.
